I started Fireground360 Academy to help other fire service professionals move forward through the ranks and share my experiences so aspiring officers can better manage firefighters and themselves. I hold a bachelor's degree in Emergency and Disaster Management and graduated from the National Fire Academy’s Managing Officer Program.
